Hi There was No one I could have spoken with, before I did my purchase. I wanted to make sure I had the right item for my scooter Thank you Ej.

We got the wrong package at first but they fixed the problem in a timely manner and it turned out that we needed the stuff they send to us and allowed me to purchase it with a discount

The order experience was good.

Scooter arrived 5 days before expected. Took 15 minutes to assemble. Hardest part was getting it out of the shipping box. Too early to grade the actual product.

I ordered a scooter for my mother online which made me nervous but all my questions were answered timely and professionally. We have not received it yet but do not anticipate issues

We had originally sent the P.O. to Customer Service. Which took several weeks to find out that we needed to send it to directly to the actual Salesperson that I spoke to. Once the Salesperson received the P.O., the service was very prompt. A better way of disseminating P.O.'s would be helpful to customers. Thank you!
