I orderrd a medical bed for an elderly person. It was delivered curve side which was not explained to me. 2 women had to find a way to bring it to a building with steps then upstairs.

Deplorable customer service that was deceptive. They informed me that I would receive a shipping tracking number. I wanted to be there to accept package. The item was shipped and haphazardly dropped off at my severely ill mother's home with no notice; outside a gated community. The $1,000 item could have been stolen. When speaking with management ,they eagerly told me, devoid of empathy, there would be no refund for trouble for hardship and lack of full disclosure. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Hello, We have reviewed your order and we certainly apologized to you and will continue to that your order was delivered before we were sent tracking. It appears your order shipped out immediately at 7pm in the evening and was delivered the next day before noon before we were sent tracking to send to you. In items that we fulfill really quickly, this can happen sometimes. In further research, the retirement community this was delivered to has a loading dock and is setup with the freight companies in the area to have direct business to business access during their business hours. This is most likely offered as a convenience to the community residents. If there were any issues at the time of the delivery and we were contacted, we would have stepped in and assisted immediately and advocated for you all. With transparency, one of our management team members called to apologize that the shipment happened so quickly and that the delivery happened before tracking was sent since it was so fast in fulfillment. She would have offered a discount per your request for reimbursement however there was already a discount provided at the time of the order with free shipping. We're happy everything was delivered successfully and should you need anything in the future in regards to this order, we're happy to help. Thank you and kind regards.

We placed an order and had not received confirmation of shipping. We requested to cancel the order. we received notification that can not happen because it already shipped. We then received notification that it shipped. We continued to ask for cancellation, as specified in the email. We then received an email stating that you would try and haven't heard anything since.

Hi there, I looked into your order. We definitely pride ourselves on the fasted fulfillment of orders. I see 2 people in your office placed orders unknowingly with different people. If that wouldn't have happened, you would have been thrilled with the fast turn-around time. I'm sorry this happened for you all. Tracking is sent to you when it's sent to us and that can always be 24-48 business hours after generating depending on the manufacturers system and processes. We have replied that you are able to refuse the delivery and return to sender or if it's delivered, call us for an RMA. Return policy and the return charges will apply.
