Item is nothing like it appears online. I received a strip, whereas I expected a mat (as pictured) along with a strip/bridge for the door entry. Seems part of order may be missing. Response was that because the lift was 1/2 inch the mat pictured was not needed. The mat should not be pictured if that is not what wass to be sent. Disappointed.

Impossibly to reach at times by phone

I accidentally ordered 2 because I thought that I needed2 leg supports and only needed one. You said that I couldn’t return the other one still in it’s package. I probably won’t buy from you again.

I called about struggling with the harness. After being bounced around I was told a tech would call me. Rob the technician told me based on our conversation I had more experience with harnesses than he had. My daughter has used them all her life, she 26yrs old. He would forward my concern back to Med Mart. No one has contacted me. I asked about a size chart when I ordered the lift and bought it according to the weight limit on the chart. I got a medium based on my daughter's weight 165 lbs. It may be a harness issue but feel it is unfair to have to purchase another harness if that doesn't solve the problem. I have watched all the videos and still struggle to get the harness properly seated when laying down or sitting in her power wheelchair. I am very disappointed with the customer service as I asked the questions and now have little help once I bought the equipment. so much for 30 years of customer service. I expected more and got less.

The Hoyer lift isn't working. It arrived well-packaged with no signs of damage. The battery won't charge and no power to the control. It will not work—currently just an oversized paperweight.

What I found things were bent to where the seat would not go in its proper position. Springs were put in that work misaligned. Multiple scratches. If they would have taken the time and put it together and sent it as a folded up scooter, they would’ve found these problems. The casing around wires are short 3 inches leaving into the unit for the headlight and battery indicator. no secure knobs for the arms rests. No basket was included in the shipping nor the braces to support it. Also, the knobs for the armrest were not included still to this point it has not become mobile because of those things I’m looking into returning it because it’s been over a month, and the manufacture took a long time to respond, and the only thing they responded West was taking supply paint and a new seat.

Hi,please help me,the scooter of put together,but I took it out too test the scooter twice,but it look new,but I don't have the packaging because I had too try it,but I though it was big enough for me too have my feet flat on the scooter,because my body hurt too bad for this scooter. I wish I would have known that it was going to take so long for the actual delivery. It said that it would ship in the same day. I ordered on June 24th and estimated delivery is July 11
