I could never have made this purchase without the help of service representative Mike. My husband and I are moving in a few weeks. I needed to buy a bed for him that could be delivered to our new home prior to December 15, The bed I originally wanted couldn't be shipped in time. Mike found me an identical bed - the last one in the warehouse - that could be shipped to arrive when I needed it. I could never have done this solely on line and it would have been really difficult to do on a chat basis. It is so important to be able to talk directly with a human being who understands and can explain all the factors involved in a purchase as significant as a specialized bed. I am extremely grateful for his help.
