My purchase was delivered surprisingly quickly. It came in a huge box but not filled with waste. The foot rests slipped on quite easily and I was ready to go!

Excellent. I'd highly recommend. 1. The bed was to be delivered on 2/7 and it arrived 2/1. That was a very good thing... but I wish the tracking had shown that so I could be home and prepared. 2. When attaching the plugs for the bed, remove the cover otherwise you cannot see ay of the labeling. She should be in the printed directions.

I tried for quite sometime to get to 'checkout'. I don't know what the problem was. In other words, I had to work at purchasing the equipment. I also wanted to make 4 payments but only 24 payments was offered as an option.

Sales rep Daryl was very helpful, worth calling instead of doing everything online. Chair arrived as promised. The only hiccup was the customer service people didn't have the same delivery information about the order that Daryl had. They transferred me to him and he was right and followed up to keep me informed.

Very nice lift seat. It is heavy, well made but the cushion is hard to form to you bottom. Fast shipping nice removable cushion to clean the seat as needed!
