Very easy to use and extremely easy to check out. Glad I could pay with credit card and did not have to use Pay Pal - very bad experience with them.

Sandra S was fabulous . She followed up on my situation and provided excellent customer service. The technician immediately identified my issue and Sandra made sure everything was taken care of. The only reason for 4 stars is the amount of time it took to get through to an agent and a somewhat ambiguous phone tree.

Klarna does not accept land line telephones so I was not able to make out an application for credit. This was inconvenient. Our area does not have sufficient service for cellphone service.

The process was easy easy. Slightly hurried along, I had a few questions needed answering. I called back and questions were answered.

I used the web cite and it worked great however there was little about when the chair would ship.

Placed order after having questions answered by representative from Med Mart. Now waiting for delivery.
