They use a stupid third party software called zen desk to screen their email responses I’ve tried it twice and their earliest responses was 2 days first was for astanding wheelchair. Bought it from a company that actually took my call. Theycharge sales tax and most of their competition don’t. In spite of all this I bought a med mizer active care bed from them Beacuse owanted the bed. The process took about a week

product is 120 days delay.

It was a pretty good experience except I haven't been able to track the progress of the order. I'm still waiting for the scooter. The tracking number doesn't work so I can't track it

You did a very good job. Ordering went well and the product was as anticipated. The delivery men were efficient, kind and gentlemanly. On the opportunity for improvement, I would have two comments: I received several requests to give my opinion. The issue I have is that the requests were made well before my chair arrived. You might ant to wait til after delivery. Second, my delivery window was 7 hours. That seemed a bit long, requiring me to make no plans, walk dog etc during those hours. As it turned out they arrived by noon so my afternoon was free but I didn't know it would be. Thank you. I would definitely recommend you.
