You had what I wanted.

I spoke to Kristen today and WOW what a difference from the last call I made to MedMart. When I called a few weeks ago I spoke to a young man who was not very helpful and couldn’t answer my questions. He sent me an email reply several days after we talked but the information he provided did not answer my questions. There was such a disconnect in his interaction with me. Today when I called, Kristen was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. She definitely made the sale!!! I look forward to receiving my chair and if it is as nice as it sounds I will order a second chair. Good job Kristen, you get an A+ from me.
