Very quick to order and to get a receipt for the purchase and looking foreword to getting the sling and using it!

So the chat assistant was really helpful and very nice. The checkout process could use some improvements. I had to due my order twice before it was all done.

Your people need to be more service intended. If I hadn't pressed the issue of a 6 point spreader you would have lost a 1500 dollar sale

I think she should have gave me a better price on the cover for my new scooter. They offered me a cover were I got the carrier for 125.00. She charged me to much.

When I called I was asked if I wanted to have a call back which I did. A few minutes later I did receive a call back and still continue to wait on the phone for 12 minutes and the person answered and had to transfer me. I was transferred two more times before I was able to talk to a service rep. All in all my phone call wait time was 26 minutes. However I must say that when I finally did get a person to help us Daryl was amazing and very knowledgeable about what we were looking for. He is supposed to be sending an email also to give us information regarding split king beds. I have not received any information as of yet but I’m sure I will. Thank you
