I was given incorrect information about the availability of a product that my husband needed for an upcoming trip. When it had not been shipped within the time frame indicated, I asked for an update and was told that it was on back order and we would not receive it for about 7 weeks, long after the trip we needed it for. I immediately cancelled the order (in writing and by phone), and ordered the product at another business. Three days later, I received notice that the item (which I had been told was back ordered) had been shipped. So I ended up with two identical items. This company's return policies are antiquated, and customer service is totally inflexible. Even though the item was ordered because of Med Mart's error and incorrect information, they insisted on charging me shipping both ways, plus a 25% restocking fee. On a $100 order, I would not even be getting a refund, so I decided not to even try to return it.

I bought two new stairlifts from Med-Mart that were installed on July 20, 2023. Before I purchased the new stair lifts, I asked how much used stair lifts would cost and was told around $4000. I decided to go ahead and buy the new stair lifts for $6390,00,On August 14. I called Med-Mary to let them know that we were moving and wanted to sell them our stair lifts. I was told they would offer me $600. I couldn’t believe this. later, I spoke to someone who talked with their manager and said they would offer me $1000. I paid $6390 for the stair lifts. I barely had the stair lift for two months. I also have a zoomer from Medmart that cost $2909. So sorry I bought it from them. Needless to say, I will not shop there anymore.

I ordered the wrong item, I have not opened the original package, and I need to return the item. I was told I could not. The item does me no good without the machine ( which I can not afford at the moment) ( I can not afford something that I can not use)

Start by telling the truth I ordered a hospital bed on Aug15 when I put in the order it said order on Aug15 recieve on Aug 17 now I am not getting the bed until Aug24. The only reason I ordered the bed was because of the two day delivery my wife was in the hospital and we needed it for when she came home. Now she is home and there is no bed this make her life and mine very hard. Had I known you were a middleman I wouldn’t hav ordered the bed from you because you didn’t not have the bed when I ordered it. You should state on your website that you don’t have the bed in stock and that or has to be sent to the manufacturer then they send it to me. Med mart have made our life miserable!

Hello, We reviewed your order and I understand where some confusion occurred. Our site shows the SHIPS BY date which is not the receive date. We send tracking to your by email which will reflect those updates each day. Your order was placed with us 8/15 and was picked up the morning of 8/17. Delivery will occur 5 business days later so long as delivered on 8/24. I do understand you thought "ships by" may have meant delivered by but with freight shipments of this size, there is a process and travel-time to consider. I know you placed this order on our site on your own which is perfectly okay but please know we have product specialists and a customer service team that are on stand-by via phone to happily help answer any questions prior to placing an order or post-order.
