Response time was great but waiting on hold for 15 minutes wasn't

Hard to get information. Tried to order over the phone but couldn’t wait that long for a call back. Ordered online. Crossing my fingers!

I needed to get a new mattress for my husband’s wall hugger bed we got from MedMart 2 years ago and the customer service on the phone was excellent. He brought up my account, saw what bed and mattress I had bought earlier and ordered the mattress pronto for me. Imagine my surprise that this mattress actually fit the bed whereas the original was too short and I had to place a “filler” in between the bottom of mattress and the footboard. Not too happy about that. I am very happy with current mattress, however. Thank you!

I was interested in another mobility scooter then looked through the top 25 sellers and saw that the M34 Travel Portable Scooter was priced at $999.00. This seemed like a good price for a no frills option. Will come back after using the item and give a review of how it performs
