I call on yesterday to see where is my package I talk with someone in customer service she said she was going to call me back have not heard from her yet I run a medical supply business I have a customer that is home bound Iam very disappointed 🙃

Package came in totally smashed and in pieces.FedEx delivery man was shocked he delivered it, took it back. I put in a complaint with you and sent photos showing the damage-concierge called me and could not believe the wreck that was being delivered. I sent the photos to you by EMail and await my refund.

This has been a horrible experience. I bought a lift chair from Med Mart on August 26, 2023 only to find out after I had financed it with their recommended finance company that the chair would not be shipped until around October 12. I cancelled the order on August 29, 2923, the date that I was notified of the delay in shipping. I had told the salesperson that I had been recently hospitalized with a serious condition and needed the chair as soon as possible. I checked with the finance company over 2 weeks ago and they still had not received the refund for my cancellation. I called Med Mart at that time and said that my order had been cancelled on August 29 and that the check would be going out in a couple days. I called the finance company yesterday and they still have not received the check. Once more I then called Med Mart and their representative told me that my order was as actually cancelled on September 7, 2023 not August 29 as I had requested. The representative said that they would pass this on to their supervisor to get it expedited, I called back today and they told me that the supervisor has not processed it yet and they will resend it. This is so frustrating as I have a payment due Tuesday for a chair that I will never own.

San Antonio location is horrible. Desk staff has no clue and the staff upstairs doesn’t care. Had 3 prescriptions and ended up with ZERO medical equipment. No communication. Do yourself s favor and don’t go here!!

Hidden fees and return policies

No tracking number. How is it being shipped. Estimated time of delivery. Date and time.

I shop online a lot and this site was one of the worst for how long they take to Process an order, Processing should be done at least a Day after payment and I paid them in full and it took them 11 Days to start, and I only received one e-mail that explained what they were doing so I finally canceled My order, Companys need to remember to have better communication when someone makes a purchase.

The mobile app kept adding an additional lift to my order. The price on the app was $1,795, but since I was unable to get the app to drop the second lift out of the cart I was forced to move my purchase to the desktop. I now couldn’t find it on the website for less than $2,295? I’m bought it as you showed “only two left in stock”!! Please reimburse the difference as advertised. I have a screenshot of the lower price from the app if you need it. Thanks Chuck Maynard
