Why did it say it was going to ship next day then when i oayed it says will ship 3 days later?

I had a very positive experience with med mart. Stacey [EY] was very quick and knowledgeable on all my product questions! I can’t believe the delivery. Ordered on Thursday. Shipping from Arizona to Baltimore area, received Tuesday morning! Amazing! I hope that I don’t have some of the issues with this scooter that others have reported

We had purchased a lift swing thru another vendor which was not the appropriate one We contacted Med Mary for assistance with choosing the correct sling and spoke with an agent who was very helpful. We ordered the sling however when it arrived it was not the one we had ordered. I again called and spoke with an agent. The order was placed and shipping expedited. This time it was the correct sling and it works perfectly for our needs. The customer service was terrific but the initial error delayed us a few days in being able to use our lift

The purchase process was fairly easy. The delayed shipping was a downer, but my mom will enjoy this!!!!

I received my order within about five days of placing it. The only complaint I had was that when it arrive the boxes the company used were not made a very heavy cardboard and consequently arrived with taped over large holes, and stapled ends loose and open on one end and part of one side . Luckily the contents was intact even though some parts were loose and rolling around in the box. Luckily all the pieces seemed to have still managed to stay in the box. The company should consider improving their packing boxes for shipping for sure . When I assembled the parts the product was of good quality and sturdy and assembled rather easily. Again I’m very satisfied with the product but they’re shipping packaging could definitely use some improvements .

So far so good, but I have not taken delivery of my scooter yet.
