My credit card was charged for the charger device on 10/27. However the device has not been shipped yet.

That is correct, we charge your card at time of purchase, not when the item ships. I see that your item has been received. I hope that you are satisfied with your product.

I am glad I called to check about my order, but the lady told me oh your order will be delivered in tow weeks but in their website it says in tow days also she told oh if you wanted to be delivered to you in a week you need to go with different colour. They know this stuff can’t wait cause is used for people with special needs. I hate when they lie to me, I think they only care about sales and making money. I won’t never ever order from you and I’ll let people around me know. I don’t understand how could you been in business for 30 years hhhh Btw you’ll see another google review and another one on the social media cause you don’t feel people pain and struggle you only care about money.

We would never intentionally be dishonest to our customers. The website would never indicate a deliver on date, but a ship by date. I apologize if that was part of the confusion. Ordered the Atto folding scooter, said open box like new. It arrived completely opened up and doesn't fold like mentioned in the website. Was told they don't accept returns for open box items. This was hidden away in their website and was not mentioned anywhere on the page for the item. So now stuck with a scooter that doesn't do what was promised. A scooter that doesn't fold costs 25% of what I paid. Also, was told manager approved a 10% discount based on welcome code they sent me for my initial order. Now 15 days later am being told despite approvals, no discount code can be applied. Buyer beware order 1000172684, helpdesk tickets 541070 and 547389. No help provided

Very disappointing in customer service! Ordered on Thursday online takes customer service until Tuesday to tell me product unavailable then I have to call later that day to see what colors are available. As I also work in a department that works with vendors/manufacturers it DOES NOT take 8 hours to get answers from them on availability. I was told I’d get a picture of color nope did not! $82 for poncho and customer service worth about $1 still waiting for answers on shipment; will I have it before winter at this point who knows. If I want a refun that will take what another month
