The shipping process was better that expected. Assembling the bed went well with no stress. Things are much better caring for my disabled wife since we received the bed. And, all was done online.

Good pictures of the scooter. When placing the order the available options were not available on the order form. I wanted the larger battery for us. The light package is not clearly displayed. Apparently there are color options according to the remarks. I'll call customer service as soon as I have time to try to correct the battery issue.
