Everything is good and I would have given 5 stars ( prior to delivery) but it was shipped with a trucking company that repeatedly (this is the 3rd time) has refused to deliver to my residence. They quote the lowest rates but use a semi truck which is difficult to maneuver in my residential neighborhood so their drivers want me to meet them with a vehicle big enough to pick up the shipment. This company contracted to deliver to deliver to a residential address so they should deliver the shipment to my residence.

Good service so far. Still haven’t heard when scooter will ship.

You have what I needed. Checkout was fairly straightforward except that I had to create an account during checkout. Account creation should be before checkout. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

Love the scooter! Only problem that I had was with the delivery. It shipped right away from Ohio and got to North Florida in about 3 days. The problem was that it sat there for a week! I live in central Florida. FedEx told me that it was because it shipped "economy". So if you order, and I recommend that you do, pay for faster shipping it you need it faster.

Being confined to a wheelchair and having this item not measuring 36 inches wide, had to contact a person to have him cut it to 36 inches. Other than that it will work good.

The mattress was great. The sheets we ordered had a hole in them. It would be nice if you replaced the sheets. Thank you. Vanessa marston

I received my chair late and Med Mart doesn't have enough custmor service to help when there is a problem. I call 3 time to be put on hold until the line times out and ask you to leave a message or call back

Your computer gave your staff member a very hard time. It’s why I call and try not to place orders directly on line. This might have been an isolated incident but you might want to look at it.
