Personal help over the phone was excellent . The chair was ordered and delivered with in the time frame stated. Cost was reasonable. The chair was quite chubby(padded) and we were surprised at how difficult it was to get in the designated room. We have only had it for 2 days, but from the start, but the #2 selection does not work at all. So no massage on the seat, only the back. I called today, and they said they would contact me within 48 hrs to set up a hone repair. On the phone they thought I had a faulty control.

I finally got my daughter's wheelchair, it was two weeks late, and last night when she sat in it we discovered the elevated leg rests, which I paid extra for, do not line up straight. The left leg rest is about 20 degrees off and will go no further in toward the center. The right leg rest is about 10 degrees off. This is putting pressure on her hips and because of this we cannot use the wheelchair. I would return the whole thing except it has her name on it. I have requested a refund on the leg rests and replacement set of regular leg rests. As it stands now, I will not be back. PS - I have 3 children in wheelchairs so I am experienced with how they should work. UPDATE: I contacted the company and they gave me a full refund on the leg rests, told me to keep them and are sending a new set today. Even though the initial experience left a bad taste in my mouth, I am all for giving them another chance. I will order from them in the future.

Ordered a Voyager ceiling lift took three weeks to come in and missing parts. Friendly staff at Medmart but maybe under staffed.

Let's just say the delivery service that you use could have been a little more professional with there services .

The customer service representative (David) was outstanding in assisting me in making my purchase and selexting the right power chair for my mom. However the experience went down hill from there. The delivery company called to schedule a time for delivery. They were very unprofessional and unaccomodating. I needed the chair delivered to the nursing home and they had the delivery listed as a residential home. Explaining the difference and the fact that there must have been a mistake in the information they were given was a challenge. Also when placing my order, the checkout included a technician set up of some sort. This never happened. And when I chatted online with a representative from medmart they said this was a mistake on the website and that no set up is available. I am being told that The nursing home received the chair in two pieces and there was no assistance with fitting the chair to my mother's deminsions available.

I placed my order on 12/15. On 12/21 I received a phone call hat the item no longer comes in the color I ordered. I then selected another color for the same item. When I inquired as to whether I would still receive the item in time for Christmas, I was told it would be overnighted to me. It is now 12/26 and I am still waiting. This item was a Christmas gift for my daughter.

We purchased our equipment from this company specifically because it stated a three day delivery date. The delivery took over 2 weeks.
