Chair came on the day I expected and I am happy with the chair, quality is great. MY problem came when American Express notified me my card was being used twice on Friday, the charges were denied, thank goodness. I haven't used that card in several months and never online. So it was quite a shock to find out after using it to purchase the chair, my card number was stolen and my name. It leads me to believe someone in the Medmart used my card information. Please let them know my concern and investigate. The card's attempted use was at DATNEW and Target. American Express is investigating and I will continue to check on it. thank you.

The tub grab-bar was advertised to open to 6.5 inches and it would only open to less than 4.00 inches. I needed at least 4.6 inches. It was not as advertised on line or on the box. Talked to medmart and was told they would credit my account and send a return shipping label. Seems It was the mfg 's fault and not med-mart

Bought product got no email of purchase. When arrived no product purchase statement in box. Fishy !!

It's been 8 days since I placed my order and with the 4th of July weekend currently happening I am guessing that it will be at least an additional 4 more days before I possibly will have my EW-36 Scooter delivered. I am just glad that I can still get around for short distances without the scooter. Obviously, I can't comment on the condition of the scooter upon delivery nor it's quality since I don't have it as yet.

I received my mini scooter today. I was very excited and couldn't wait to try it out. However, the Fed ex guy just dropped off a huge box and went on his way. I paid for assembly as I am older, unmarried and handicapped. I emailed Med Mart, and a super nice Darrell Flunker, within minutes they promised to refund me the assembly charge. That was a plus, still had to get it in the house! I pushed and pulled and got the box into my home after much trouble. It was starting to rain and I tried to hurry. You can imagine, if I purchased a scooter, It is because I cannot walk, so lifting and pushing are pretty much out of the question. I was determined though, and with a'lot of adrenaline and with my nephew's help, we got it in. We got it together without any problems, it was quite heavy though. After looking in the box, we soon realized there were no batteries. I am waiting now to hear when they will arrive. The scooter wasn't supposed to come until tomorrow, possibly, a man with a battery will show up tomorrow ready to assemble, who knows? Sure I am going to love it as soon as I get it working. Things happen. I praise God I could afford one and now can use it to spread the good news! I will let you know!! Thanks to all and God bless, I sure have been😌

It would have been very helpful if the website had sizing information for the slings so I knew what differentiated a M from a L from an XL. As it is I erroneously ordered a sling much too large for my mother but we'll make it work. She would be safer and more comfortable if the circumference measurements had been included in the item description though. You can never provide too much detail. But we were in a pickle and I had to get her something as I can't let her just lay in bed. Item was in pristine condition and well packed. Item is well made. I would buy item again but not without knowing more information.
