Purchase and delivery were great. Everything went as planned. Scooter is charged and seems to be in good working order. The only criticism we have is the assembly instructions manual was not detailed enough. We viewed videos claiming to feature assembly on Youtube, a Med Mart video and another company. The Med Mart video was more of a marketing video. The second video was more detailed and helpful.

I did not receive a copy of amount of purchase bill paid. I did get a copy of delivery team and of warranty for hospital bed. THe delivery team could have spent more time showing me how to practice using all functions and all locks and lock releases on bed.
