I placed what i consider to be a large order, to be delivered 5 business days on March 20.I have received the walker, bed rail , 2 attachable bags I ordered 1 in black and one print . I got 2 black. I was notified approximately 6 days later that it was not available in red for another 3 weeks. Fines end white why did it take so long now 11 days later I am getting notices of being on its way. 11 DAYS LATER! NO CALLS NO APPOLOGIES MY VACATION IS NO LONGER HAPPENING I HAVE NO SCOOTER TO GO ON.

The agent who took my order seemed very cordial when she took my order, but when my wheelchair arrived the legrests were way too short and I needed help with push bars. She told me twice that a technician would call that day or the very next morning. No one has called. I've been trying to report this problem within the 10 day limit and finally Margaret took an interest when I called this morning (Mar. 13th) and said she would report the problem to the manufacturer. It would be nice if the status of an action showed on my account. PLEASE Julie - call me to let me know what is happening on my order #100008640. I need to add soft-roll 6x1" caster wheels and get my legrests replaced and a push handle. Thank you sincerely, Patricia

Didn't have one in stock and sent us a loaner which was fine, but when we received our new Maxi lifter, they sent us the wrong sling. Have since received but it was a hassle.

Parts are much heavier than the video makes it look. If you're in your 80 it's not easy. Your going to need to have a GOOD BACK. But when it is together it's a great running. Scooter.

average purchase experience seemed very disorganized

I was looking for some simple ankle brace which I can put on all by myself. I am a stroke victim and have only one more or less functional arm and hand. Picture of this tool looked very promising. Sorry, mostly for myself.

The rep said he had included delivery inside as compensation for an error. However the delivery men refused to deliver inside.

I was surprised the chair came without a seat belt since the instructions explain how to install it. Instructions did not explain the purpose of the add on break handles and caps for wheel bolts but I figure them out. Otherwise I am satisfied.
