Update: still no resolution. No refund and customer service is inept!!!! This mattress cost too much to not have either knowledgeable customer service or refund. To this day NO REFUND. NO RESOLUTION!!!!! They wanted to send the mattress back over 2 months later after I HAD to purchase another mattress that would work. For the amount of money for this mattress which was approx $4,000 plus another $350in shipping and no customer resolution. I will Never, ever buy another product and suggest no one else does from this company!!!!! Horrible experience. No customer service to speak of. Mattress does not perform as advertised. I sent it back after thirty calls and emails to find there was an issue. In the meantime i purchased another mattress as this took weeks for them to admit there was a issue, then i was told no refunds. The concept of the mattress is great, however I could not change patient bandages for sacral sore because patient sunk so far in the mattress that I would have to have help to pull the patient to get to the back. This caused the patient more pain and discomfort. I was told to use the CPR function to flatten the patient so that I could get to the sore. I don't think that is what this function is for? Am I wrong? No refund or reimbursement for mattress or shipping. Ridiculous!

We ordered a hoyer lift that said it would ship within 24 hours. Almost a week later, the item still had not shipped so we cancelled the order. We were told it had shipped and therefor could not be cancelled when the fed ex tracker and the med Mart tracker showed a label was printed but not shipped. When I reached out I was again told I could not cancel. I would not recommend medmart.

I ordered a hospital bed 4 weeks ago - was told 2 week delivery. It still has not shipped - saying today? I have called everyday this week and get the same answer. Today I called at 9:30am EST and asked for a Manager to call me, I just called back and was told all the managers were gone for the weekend - its now 5:30 EST. For an "in stock" product I do not understand such a delay, this is regular delivery as well, NOT WHITE GLOVE which I was told would take longer. The mattress is here. For a $5600.00 purchase I expect an answer of where my bed is and why it has not arrived. For a company that sells medical/health equipment I would expect much better service. People like me need this for a loved one - its not a joke. Extremely disappointed and appalled at the service. UPDATE 1/15/24 - I just received a call and an email telling me my bed has shipped - it will take 2 weeks for delivery. I am beyond upset, frustrated and if I could I would cancel my order - I need the bed. It is for my 95 year old father who has congestive heart failure and is scared to sleep in his bed and has been sleeping in a chair since he came home from rehab. Still no call from a Manager. Unbelievable. UPDATE 1/18/24 - No call from a MedMart Manager. I go online to my account and the status now says "complete" - interesting since I have not received my bed and at the moment the shipper is unable to give me any tracking information as to when it will arrive. We are now approaching the end of 5 weeks. UPDATE 1/23/24 - Finally received a call from the owner today after I filed a complaint with the BBB. The owner offered nothing other than to see if he could obtain tracking information for me as it is out of their hands. This complaint is not about the product, rather the service of the company that advertised the product was in stock and would ship in two weeks. I placed my order on 12/14/23 and I did not receive shipping notification until 1/15/24 - 4 weeks after I placed the order. I have not received it and it is unclear when it will arrive - maybe this Friday 1/26/24. MedMart cannot supply me with any tracking information nor can its shipper. I understand delays happen - being told one thing at time of order, advertising it as so on your webpage and knowingly doing another is deceiving. 2/7/24 - Update - my order HAS NOT ARRIVED. We are now going on 9 weeks.

I purchased a $500 tub lift with a $66 protection plan and the tub lift did not work for our tub and even though it was brand new and never used the company wouldn’t let me return it ALSO the company would not let me cancel the protection plan on the item that I cannot use *BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BUYER BEWARE

Did not receive all of the parts. I called customer support and I've sent in pictures of the few parts I did receive. Still waiting on call back or a solution. Was supposed to have it before my mother was released from the hospital.

Ordered 12/7/23. They told me it would ship 10/08/23. Didn’t ship till 12/12/23. Called me Friday 12/15/23 telling me they would be to my address Monday 12/18/22 at 2:00 pm. They said they would call me 1 hour before arrival. I stayed home and no one showed. No call from anyone. Tuesday I went to lunch with friends. At 12:00 noon they called me stating they would be there in 20 minutes. I told them I could not be back for 40 minutes. They said they would call me back. Never happened. When they called me I told them I was flying out Thursday morning and would not be back. No call back Tuesday or Wednesday morning. I called them 10:00 am Wednesday. Reminding them I was flying out Thursday and would not be back until January 10, 2023. They said that they will set for delivery on January 12, 2023. I am very disappointed with your company’s service. I am purchasing 2 more scooters for other properties I own and have no reason to use your company to purchase them from with the poor service you provide.

For 2 weeks I've been trying to arrange for a technician come and repair my Grandmother's Medical chair. The help desk was so unorganized and detail was of no importance. He did not tell me I had to pay first to get the technician to come (you can see entire email chain). So I'm waiting and waiting for 2 weeks for him to finally say I told you you need to pay first. If he would have explained everything clearly from the get go the service would not have taken 2 weeks to get going. Between lack of information and delay in email response it was very frustrating setting up this repair service.

I honestly do not understand how MedMart can possibly have this many 5-star reviews. I ordered 2 beds with complete rails on Nov. 10. I was promised they would arrive no later than Nov. 20. One bed showed up on the 22nd and had only 2 of the 4 rails I'd ordered. I called and explained that we had only one of the 2 beds and needed the other bed and the rest of the rails ASAP. A few days later, the 2nd bed showed up ... also, with only 2 of the 4 rails. These beds are for elderly patients who are fall risks (which I explained to MedMart both on the phone and in writing multiple times) and they could seriously hurt themselves by falling out of bed. I don't understand what is so hard or complex about shipping the rails. I could walk to their warehouse and take care of it myself faster than I've been able to get them to take my phone calls. I have written 3 times, called at least 6 times, and to date have been told "I'll call you back today" ... but that hasn't happened. I'm on hold AGAIN as I write this review. I would recommend choosing ANY other provider. These company is worthless.
