I am upset the power scooter I ordered is back ordered.I was was told it would be shipped in 4 days.then I get a email saying Aug 17th that is 4 weeks not 4 days.August 18 still waiting for the scooter I ordered

I ordered tube tires with liners not hard rubber no flats. Had to change tires and tubes

My reason for the not so great review is due to the fact, the shipping company they use is horrible. When I ordered this large piece of equip no one told me it would be dropped at the curb and would not be assembled. I asked the shipping company 3 days prior to actual delivery if they could give me an am or pm time. I was told to call the morning of delivery to request the am I wanted. I called at 8am and was told I would get it when I got it sometime mid afternoon and that it would be dropped at the curb. I will order from other companies due to this.

I paid for White glove service but no such service arrived. I spent many hours on the telephone with your agent but no call backs - no solutions. I finally had to get a local specialist to assemble it. I expect to be credited for $175 plus compensation for my time and aggravation $50. No invoice was sent listing the services I paid for, including insurance. I am insured for 2 years. If something goes wrong I expect you to provide IMMEDIATE service. Marion Karczmar

I was disappointed that I was not contacted when the bed was shipped to the delivery agency. My caregiver had to call the flex a bed manufacturer to get an update . I would hope white glove delivery would be more organized, esp when I paid $275 extra for that service. I ordered it on May 17th and it will finally be delivered June 7th.

It may have been a great experience, I don't know yet. I recieved probiotics, they are supposed to be kept refrigerated, they were not cool. Which sometimes they are, sometimes not. My concern is that the probiotic is different when I removed it from the capsule. I have to remove it for my mother who has dysfasia. Anyway she needs the probiotic to keep her stomach on a level basis. I don't see a change yet, but have been concerned.

I ordered what was suppose to be an all terrain wheelchair with mountain bike tires and suspension. What i got was a wheelchair with shock suspension and tires with absolutely no tread what so ever. These tires are useless on virtually every surface, especially if the surface is wet. These were suppose to be an upgrade from the mountain bike tires originally ordered for the wheelchair, after order placed was told because of configuration the wheels couldn't be used. Except i have 3 of these exact chairs and they all have mountain bike tires. No Happy At All. Don't think i will purchased from your company again.

You didn't know where my scooter was or if you shipped it. Could not track it, when I contacted you by e-mail you replayed that it was posted, the next day it showed up. You lost my order and didn't know where it was.
