The worst service I have ever came across in a business. I bought a go go scooter not even a year ago and I have not one problem with it but 6 problems and still they just blow me off and it is under warranty. Will not let you speak to a supervisor and co to ie to ask for info they already have. I would not recommend buying h anything from them. What a bunch of scammers. Mike Martin

These people are crooks that prey on…
These people are crooks that prey on the disabled.
I ordered a chair in May 2023 with a 600 pound weight limit, I weigh 450. In January 2024 the chair completely fell apart.
I was told “ sir you had eight months with the chair” as the reason why I could not have a refund, and have to pay $200 more to have someone come out and inspect it, after I sent multiple pictures to them.
The chair cost $1800
I was told the warranty only covers parts.
So they will pay for the two dollar board that snapped, but all service and labor I have to pay for.
Do not ever purchase from these people

Hello,
We were happy to help in any way we could when we were contacted nearly a year after the initial purchase for a broken part. Manufacturers warranty is industry standard and is their policy to cover parts, labor not being included. We do offer a very generous protection plan that is optional at the time of the purchase which will cover in home labor should that ever be needed and it was not opted on this order.
We are happy to help in any way we can to get the warranty parts replaced and assist with a technician if you need that also. Some people have someone on their own that can assist with repairs which you're welcome to if that's feasible for you.
Thank you and kind regards.

Once I had purchased the ramp the…
Once I had purchased the ramp the customer service was terrible. My order was lost and I was not informed. I kept being told it was on the way. It took nearly 2 months for my ramp to arrive and then there was a part missing. That took another 2 weeks. I was not given answers when I called and felt like I was not an "important" customer anymore. This was my first time purchasing from Med Mart and it will be my last.
Response from Med MartFeb 20, 2024
We apologize for the delay in getting your ramp, unfortunately we can't control freight and we pass along all updates as we get them. We would never want any of our customers to feel unimportant, as we truly care for each and every person who orders from us.

The absolute worst customer service. Never buying from MedMart again.
I ordered a VivaLift!® Elegance 2 Lift Recliner for my 90 year old Father-in-Law who needs assistance with standing and has extreme mobility issues. The order was placed on line on 1/20, and the chair delivered on 1/29. The chair was put together per the instructions, and nothing worked. The chair was motionless and the controller that instructs the chair to move and lift in various ways was heating up to the point you couldn't hold it. Obviously, something was terribly wrong and the hand controller, in my opinion, was a fire hazard in its current state. I immediately called and reported the issue to the manufacturer and MedMart. And this is where the run-around and finger pointing begins. Please keep in mind that the chair is not functional, and we had to order a rental chair to help my Father-in-Law. Additional expense that we should not have incurred. Based on the call to the manufacturer, they sent me to a third part repair service. I spoke to their technician on 1/31. Went through all recommended steps. Nothing - the chair remained motionless and the hand controller heated up. I called MedMart, a ticket was opened. They were looking for a tech: "The manufacturer is locating a technician in your area." Multiple calls, more run around, and no estimate for a tech or potential repair. Not a mention of replacement. Yesterday, 2/2, I asked to escalate the scenario at MedMart and Pride Mobility. Both assured me of a call back within the hour from a manager. Both companies explained at length and in nauseating detail that their customer service has no way - literally no mechanism - to transfer me to a supervisor or manager to help resolve the issue. My only option was a call back. By this point I am exhausted, angry, and feeling used. My Father-in-Law remains in a rented chair, and we await a call back that I'm not sure is going to happen. A point to note, after several calls to MedMart's customer service, and yes I was animated and angry at the situation, MedMart's customer service representative hung up on me. She willfully and purposefully disconnected the call. She couldn't have cared less. These companies quickly took my payment. Both companies are not quickly resolving the issue. At this point, unless expedited measures are employed to resolve the issue, I will never purchase anything again from MedMart or Pride Mobility. For validation purposes here's the order number: 1000186621. And here's the ticket number: 601102.
*Update 2/6/24*
MedMart Team,
Your reply comes a bit late in the process to resolve the situation. I have yet to receive a call from you. Your team has chosen to use brief, and in my opinion, non-compassionate emails.
Let's review a few facts.
Based on a conversation with Pride, MedMart sent an email to them on 1/30 regarding a repair. They replied with approval on 1/31. We received a short email from your customer service team on 2/2 advising MedMart was still working with the manufacturer. Seems odd, as Pride advises they approved a repair on 1/31. To the best of my knowledge your exchanges with Pride were via email, no live conversations occurred. The repair ticket was opened (exact date unknown) and transmitted to Mobility City in my local area. That ticket contained a transposed phone number. The reason I know these details is because I made a call to Pride and spoke with someone to verify details and facts of this scenario. I knew by 0900 on 2/5 that a technician was being dispatched because I called Mobility City and confirmed the appointment. It was then that I also discovered the contact number had been transposed, and they would have never reached me. It was quite interesting to read a few hours later that MedMart confirmed a tech being dispatched. That only occurred because I connected the dots, not MedMart.
Indeed, the tech verified the chair was inoperable and a fire hazard due to the hand controller heating up. The parts are ordered, and likely the final repair or replacement will be about a week or two away from final resolution. My Father-in-Law remains in a rented lift chair at an additional cost of $100/week. A cost we should not have to incur. Any thoughts on how to reimburse us for that?
A few additional facts to this response, I've emailed David Fesman, President of MedMart, and have not yet received a response. I've also left a voice mail message for Lindsay (not sure of spelling) in your Kettering, OH, office. She has not responded either.
To date, MedMart has not made a single call to me to verify information, validate contact points, or attempt to connect on a human level.
MedMart Team, your emails and non-human connectivity during an escalated situation are not acceptable.
Please call me if you have the authority to make decisions about resolution of this situation.
2/9 Replacement Chair here!
Response from Med MartFeb 6, 2024
We apologize for your dissatisfaction. Medmart and Pride do care for our customers and have been working on your order. A technician was sent at no cost for evaluation of the unit. We have not received the paperwork from this visit, but I am hopeful everything is in working condition. However, if further assistance is needed, we stand behind our products and will make sure this gets resolved.
Thank you,
Medmart team
