I love my new scooter

Made easy by calling in order. I tried over and over on line but didn't know how. The service was wonderful,easy and pleasant.

I had compared a number of shower/commode chairs for my sister who is in an assisted living center. Her recent lessened mobility and increased need of support, due to a stroke, made the center hesitant to keep her at that care level. I called and got answers to all of my questions before I purchased the chair and I am confident that this will make the caregivers' jobs easier and keep her where she is happy and feels at least partially independent. I am also confident that Med Mart will support us if there are any problems with it. Thank you Med Mart.

My experience with MED MART was extraordinarily positive. Every aspect of the purchase of a wheelchair for my brother was efficient, professional, and timely. The interaction on the CHAT line was quite helpful. Most of my questions and concerns were in the evening and on weekends. That did not matter. The people at MED MART were there. THANK YOU!

I called and was greeted by a person named Mike Pool. The only thing greater then Pride Products, was his desire to help me understand the Pride Raptors high quality use for mobility. Mike Seems to be a HAPPY GUY..Who enjoys helping people and doing such a good job....you can almost see him smile....while listening to him on the phone. I WOULD BUY FROM MIKE and MedMart Again.
