It is good looking and has lot of power ..but it is not safe!!!!!..I am only 5 feet tall and the wheel base is too narrow for sharp turns and it turned over with me and caught my leg under the bike. I was lying on the ground there 45 minutes as my family was able to get the vehicle off of me and get me off the ground. I can not use this bike at all.

First of all this is a revised review. When my wife first purchased the scooter, she purchased a pink one for breast cancer awareness, it even had a pink bow by the headlight. After the purchase was paid for, Julie called and informed my wife that the pink scooter was not available, but that that she would have the shrouds painted pink and even paint a pink bow and add some tasteful bling. She did as she said she would, the problem was that the paint job was so bad that you could still see the sanding scores from the poor prepping that was done prior to painting. I e-mailed Miss Julie and mentioned that the shrouds looked terrible and that they were being returned, her response was: that if they were returned, she would need the tracking number, no attempt to satisfy or verify the error was made or not even an apology for the mistake they made. The sale was made and we were not going to return the scooter at this point. The freight would have been too expensive. My point being that, once the sale was made, customer satisfaction went out the window.

I ordered a wrong item and called to have it returned which cost me $113 to do. now I cannot get my refund for the return and it is very difficult to talk to someone in your company. I am not happy. the new item I ordered and paid for should be her soon. but I want my original payment returned...

Our hours of operation are 9am-9pm Mon-Fri and our toll-free number is 1-888-260-4430. I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to reach someone, as we're always here during those business hours. Thank you for your review.

1. The shower bench I ordered did not come. 2. The order was shipped to someone else in a different town.(and still was not what I ordered) 3. Took over a week to get things worked out with way too many calls. 4.So all in all it took almost 3 weeks to get it and still was not the one I ordered but it works. 5. And for all my time ordering it not getting what I ordered and all the calls I had to make about it. Lol you give me 10% off my next order. Do you think that makes up for your company's Big mess and my head ache in trying to get what my Husband was in need of. 6. Not like you were dealing with a insurance company. As I paid CASH and got treated like I was a nobody. So with only 10% off does not make a person feel like your company care's about them.!

Hi, Rhonda- Unfortunately an occasional back order from the manufacturer can delay items. In this instance it did take a little longer because we were finding the most comparable item without charging you anything additional. Since you were within an hour from one of our stores, we had one of our technicians personally deliver it directly to you and although the equipment was significantly more expensive, we did not charge you more and felt terrible for the inconvenience that was out of our control. The 10% was offered to you because of the inconvenience and as the lowest prices on the internet, that is significant. We would hope you'd like to give us a shot again to do business as it's not often that items are on manufacturer's back-order and that was the hindrance in this order. We appreciate the feedback as it only helps us to try harder! Thank you again.

I was disappointed when the truck delivered the electric scooter I ordered. It was obvious it was packed on a platform too small for the merchandise. The box was placed over the item so that you could lift it off. The front tire was dragging on the floor of the truck. One guy was sent to deliver this heavy package, and when the box was lifted off the item on the truck, the scooter had scratches on both sides and there were chips off the frame. I was surprised no one checked this merchandise before it was delivered and we had to go through this experience, which proved to be a waste of time. I refused the order and told them to send it back to the company.

Hi, again JoAnn! Your new item is being sent back out to you with a white glove service at no additional charge to you because of the inconvenience. We try really hard to team up with freight companies that will treat our packages with care and sometimes this happens unbeknownst to us and it's very unfortunate. Your new scooter is on its way being personally delivered! We'll talk to you soon and thank you so much for your feedback and for choosing us!

Delighted that the wheelchair for my husband arrived so quickly however the footrests were missing. I immediately sent an e-mail, however only received an automated response that they would respond within 2 hours -- yet no one responded with specific concern to my query. Called MedLine's phone number twice and was connected to two different people's voicemail on which I left a message explaining the problem. It's been well over a week now -- No footrests -- No calls returned -- No replies to my three e-mails (other than the automated response) So, at this point am very unhappy with the service of this company. Certainly seems that either the footrests should have arrived and/or I should have been able to talk with a "live" person who could rectify the problem.

Mrs. Baasch- Thank you so much for your feedback. Since this review, we discovered that our internal messaging system was botched and needed IT attention, immediately. That has been corrected to date. I'm so sorry about the confusion. When calling Medline, this is an Invacare item so it got even more confusing and frustrating. Once we finally were in contact with one another, I ordered the set of legrests and had them sent to you asap. Again, I sincerely apologize about the inconvenience you were caused but I am happy that you are satisfied with your purchase at this point. If you have any inquiries or needs in the future, I'd be happy to show you that we can get it right, flawlessly! :) Warm Regards.
