shocking customer service. I opened the chat function and asked where in the pittsburgh pa area I could try one of their products. fast response....I quote the chat word for word here. Chat: I would not know what you have in your area ME: surely you jest. where is customer service? Chat: I am in SC and we are based in Ohio. Why would I know what is in PA? I kid you not....this is word for word from there web site chat function. I will not be doing business with them.

Well upon receiving the sling I could see immediately the sizing is not right and even though it stated it was the size I ordered there was no way it was correct.

Put in a service request for a vivalift chair under warranty 1/17/24 it is now 4/7/24 and still waiting on parts and do not have a functional chair. Terrible customer support, another big company that sees customers just as a number. Never buying anything again from this site.

I ordered a Black color Go Pro LX and I received a Red One No one has gotten back to me as of yet. I paid extra for it and I expect a call back.

I was originally excited with my purchase of a new hospital bed and mattress. I also paid extra to have the bed delivered and assembled. My opinion has now changed. The bed was great for about one week before it began making clicking noises. When we looked under the bed we found several plastic pieces were broken and they had wires holding the actuator in place. We are still working to get this fixed but it is going to cost us $250 to get it done. Secondly, the salesperson said the mattress I purchased was one of the very best they offered and told me I could get a remote later. I am paralyzed and wanted to make sure I could control the mattress settings and not need my caregiver to do it whenever it was needed. The bed’s inflator is extremely loud and makes it difficult to watch tv or sleep. Additionally, the mattress was not returnable because mattresses are not returnable. Tough to learn after you receive and set up the $4,500 mattress. Also, no remote it’s available for the mattress. I now have a bed, mattress and assembly that I paid $7,500 for and I am greatly disappointed in all three.

Purchased a lift chair. It doesn't work. Unsure if it's the motor or the control. When I called I was referred to a scooter repair service who wants to charge me to do repairs.

The website did not point out the return policy and the restocking fee. Return process was difficult because the original packaging did not go back together. The representative who took my return request seemed rude and threatening. I now owe half the price of the chair that did not work. Seat was too deep and too narrow.

We regret to tell you that we cannot wait until sometime in mid May for delivery of the chair that we ordered on March 4th, 2024. At that time we were promised five week delivery, around April 8, 2024. Shortly thereafter we were advised that it would be much later. I say much later because time is of a critical factor. My wife is federally disabled and in excruciating pain and is limited to the bedroom. The extra month or more that has been added to the delivery time is not acceptable to us. This lack of mobility will result in hospitalization. Please refund my Discover Card that you have on file. I need to purchase a chair locally as soon as possible.
