Great Customer Service
I have been shopping for an electric home care bed for a family member. I stumbled upon the Medmart website and had to call customer service to have some questions answered regarding the various brands. I have communicated with Stacey and her manager Julie in her absence. They timely assisted me and answered all my questions. They even provided a great suggestion for a bed that would meet the needs I was looking for that was not on my radar. Although the same bed could be purchased on many sites, I kept going back to Medmart due to their follow up and positive, great, customer service. Today I finally made my selection/decision and ordered the bed and other items to go with it. I am hoping the product delivery is seamless, timely, and correct and I can maintain my 5 star review of this company!
