Great just expensive shipping

Company was very prompt in delivering item ordered and was in good condition. Problem occurred when not everything was delivered that was promised in website ad. This problem has not been resolved.

When I called for help, that was a good experience. Mike in NC was most helpful. There is no place on the form to indicate that my billing address is different than my shipping address so I had to make a second call. This should be easier to navigate, but Mike was very helpful in clearing this up for me as well.

I ordered what I was looking for.

It would have been more helpful when comparing recliners if there were a list of has and has nots to better see the differences.

THE PURCHASE OF THE FULL ELECTRIC HOSPITAL BED SET FOR MY HOME WAS MADE EASY BY THE STAFF AT MED MART THAT I WORKED WITH. DELIVERY WAS QUICKER THAN I EXPECTED. ONCE PUT TOGETHER, THE BED SET WILL DEFINITELY IMPROVE MY NIGHTTIME.

Except for some miscommunication I was very pleased for time of order to a completed delivery/setup by 2 very capable individuals and disposal of packaging materials.
