I was disappointed for two reasons. The Minilift 160 that we received was not the one pictured on your site. The one we received is a different model and does not fold down. It is a cheaper model. And second, I was surprised that no manual or paperwork was delivered with the unit. Although a manual can be seen on line, it cannot be printed. For these reasons, I believe it would have been better to purchase the unit direct from the manufacturer. Those however that delivered the unit were very good.

Be prepared to follow-up on your order. I ordered one item on 2/18/19 and received confirmation on 2/19/19. I was told it would be delivered 3-5 days after shipping. I followed up the morning of 2/27/19 since I hadn't heard anything in over a week. No surprise, the product hadn't been shipped. I received another email the afternoon of 2/27/19 telling me they had shipped my product and it should be delivered soon. I'm sure if I hadn't of called myself, the item would not have been shipped. It's Monday, 3/4/19, the product has not yet been delivered, and the company is sending me emails asking me to provide feedback on the product. Wise up!

Was definitely worth the time waiting on delivery! Other than that, me and my dog are going to take our 1st walk!

Incomplete and mixed communication with MedMart staff about my order resulted in the delayed shipment of a badly needed item. the delay could have been avoided with better and more complete communication about what item was shipping and what item(s) were not shipping

I had phoned the customer service line to ask a simple question regarding insurance coverage and the person that I talked with was more interested in selling than even listening to my question. I had intended to ask about accessories; but at that point I was not even sure that I wanted to deal with MedMart. However, once I let calmer thoughts prevail, I knew it was in my best interest to order. Due to the weather, I proceeded to order online. That process was easy with one exception. The video mentioned an accessory which I wanted to order, it was not available that I could find. I did appreciate the % OFF coupon offered. It helped pay for the taxes.

I gave 3 stars, would have been higher, but I didn't get my confirmation when promised, I'll be 90 in a few weeks my primary reason for ordering the cart, l also found the online ordering to be a bit cumbersome.

our order got messed up and was not delivered for one month after ordering. I called Med Mart and discussed the issue with them regarding why we hadn't received our order, and the ladies were attentive and kind. There was some confusion on their end, but once it was sorted out, delivery was quick and without issue/
