I had ordered one case of 50 Soft Cannula's 7' but was shipped one case of 50 oxygen hoses 7' I have been trying for a week to get this straightened out with this company but after talking with numerous so called customer service people, numerous e-mails to this company all I have received was people that can't seem to get things straightened out with the order that I had already paid for, and no legitiment responses to my e-mails. As of the present time I have no faith in this company nor any of their representatives what-so-ever. I just can't see as to why their is so much bologna by this company with such an easy fix. {{{ JUST SEND ME WHAT I ORDERED AND PAID FOR }}}

I was very frustrated by the fact that my order was never accessible on the website and I couldn't track the order or package until the day it was delivered. The price and actually delivery was fine, but the website dramatically underperformed.

I made a purchase on Sunday and the product arrived on Tuesday, which was great. Unfortunately, on Wednesday I got a fraud notice from my credit card company. Since the only online purchase made with that card was on your website, it follows that your website is unsecure and I will not be using it again.

over 10 days and no delivery in addition I believe my credit card was compromised on this website

We ordered an Invacare hospital bed. Because a special size was ordered, the bed was supposed to take up to six weeks to arrive. The bed took over two months to deliver. When I initially called, Med Mart said the bed was in customs hold at the US-Mexican border. A couple of days later I was told it was shipped to Invacare's CA distribution center. It was then sent east and arrived slightly damaged via FedEx Freight. No shocker on that one. Unfortunately, the mattress didn't arrive with the bed. That was sent out FedEx next day, but the driver delivered it to the wrong address. Med Mart had the driver call me directly and swear he delivered it to the right address. Guess what, he delivered it to the wrong address. The Med Mart CSR Manager did not take responsibility for their vendor and offered nothing like an extra set of sheets to compensate for my time and their poor customer service. I don't think I will add Med Mart to my speed dial.

I requested some information on the wattage of a nebulizer I purchased. I received an email response saying they would be providing an answer within two hours the next business day. After not hearing anything for two days, I requested a response. My request went ignored.

I ordered a wheelchair for our son. They stated it would take 2 weeks to receive. When that date came and went, I called them. They then stated it would be an additional 2 weeks. Its been 30 days and I still don't have the wheelchair my son is waiting for. The women in the office were great, though. They did their jobs and followed up. (they are the ones in the middle). Any company who plays games with when a customer will receive their wheelchair is simply being cruel. My 11 yr old son, is STILL sitting inside the house, waiting for his wheelchair to simply go outside. 30 days now! Still no wheelchair.
