This company is garbage
This company is garbage. Once they make the sale you might as well be dead to them. I purchased a scooter that herks and jerks back and forth like a carnival ride destroying my back and endangering my life. It is not safe they will not speak to me I purchased this item a month ago they refuse to even speak to me I couldn't even get them to talk to me. I was told too bad you're stuck with it. I asked can I pay for an upgrade and get a better model they refuse to talk to me. Nightmare miserable. I will do everything in my power to dissuade anybody from spending money here. Any social media Outlet I can find I will be blowing my horn about this experience. If I cost them $10,000 a year in sales it won't be enough. This is my new life's mission.

"Hi there, Pride Mobility scooters are certainly one of the most popular across the US and this complaint is not typical. I see a return request was called in on 5/13 which was over a month after the order and our CS advised our return policy however if there is an issue with the scooter, we certainly can assist with getting that troubleshooted and fixed for you. The scooter should not be jerky. It operates like any mobility scooter would as in public places etc which are commonly really fluid and simple to operate and run.
