Ordered the Sara Stedy on a Thursday and was delivered the following Monday morning. A text message was received the day item was ordered from the shipping carrier stating "we are processing a shipment from Med Mart. Someone should be present on 08/28/23 between 10-5 pm. Send a "Yes" to confirm appointment or "No" for another date. Very transparent and fast shipping!

The associate was totally knowledgeable and a valued help to me as I fumbled my way through a purchase I'd never thought of making. I declined the bed from Medicare as it seems this is a critical purchase toward my husband's comfort once he returns home after his stroke rehab. It's nice to know there are people ready to help someone who is totally uninformed about hospital beds.

Lynette was the best! She put faith back in me that customer service still exists.
