Fast courteous and reliable

The order was received in a timely fashion, even in mid-December! I ordered the VIVE Lotion Applicator. I think I may not have been able to find dimensions on your website. It is bigger than I expected, especially the thickness of the pads. I have not tried it yet.

Two things that would be helpful: the bed should go down to at least 12" or 10". The bed is great overrall. The bed is comfortable and more attractive than most hospital beds. Medtec is good to work with and congenial and gave me the info I needed. The bed was shipped as I purchased and actually came 2 days early!!

What made my experience great with Med-Mart? Their EV Scooters are built far stronger than the other EV Scooters companies. Med-Mart prices are reasonable and easy to work with. The customer service representatives are very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. They return my emails and phone calls within a timely manner. I brought three EV Scooters and because of their good customer service and excellent experience, I am in the process of purchasing another EV Scooter. Thank you Will-J

The Product looks like it's great quality but you should give people a warning about how heavy the product is and that they will need someone to assist them during the delivery date. Also, the bed crank wasn't in the package.

All questions were answered promptly The only thing I didn't like was I received a 10% discount and within half an hour I had an E-mail offering 12%

Your credit account with Klarna is not easy to navigate. Also they don't approve the amount of money you need to make a purchase. I tried 4 times to get approved.The first time I would be paying 116.50 for 24 months. The 2nd time it was 119.80 for 24 months.The 3rd time it was 134.00 for 24 months and the last time I tried it was 154.50 a month for the same amount of the loan. You can't finish filling out the application before it takes you back to view your cart again. I finally decided to use my Discover Card to make the purchase. I'll pay that off in 5 or 6 month. Klarna, never again.
