We were under the impression that the mattress was able to be able to adjust the firmness of the mattress. that is not the case. no matter what you set the control to, it is always fully inflated.

Expected better delivery. Called srveral times and got conflicting answers about delivery. Did get it and happy with product

I was under the impression I was butin TWO leg sling straps in order to turn my husband in bed. Every photo I saw showed two leg slings. Today I finally received package and it included only ONE sling which is no help to me at all. They are $100 each. I thought I was buying two as illustrated. The only time buying a solo sling was mentioned was for the disposable swings in which I have no interest. In short - very misleading info on the website. Even the package it was delivered in said SlingS- plural. I will say the one sling they sent looked good- but it's only half of what I need and the site did not tell me that. I tried calling their info number and after holding for 15 minutes with blasting music I was transferred to voicemail. No human available. I would NOT buy from this company. Buyer beware.

I ORDERED MATTRESS LAST WEEK, 3-16-17 AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE SHIPPED OUT ON FRIDAY NEXT DAY, STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT. EMAILED MARGARET, WHO SUPPOSED TO BE HANDLING THIS AND SHE STATED IT WAS TO BE SHIPPED OUT MONDAY, 3-20,17. THAT WAS THE END OF THAT AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED. SHE STATED SHE WOULD LET ME KNOW BUT TODAY NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM HER.

MED MART DID NOT SHIP TO ME THREE LIFT SLINGS I PURCHASED FOR ABOUT $700. I called and talked to a MedMart representative who said he would track the shipments down and get right back to me. I never heard back from Med Mart.

I ordered a wheelchair from this company because of the quality, price and 1-2 day shipping. The quality and price were good but the shipping took 5 business days to get started, instead of the 1-2 days advertised on their website. Happy with wheelchair, disappointed with service. They should change their website to be more accurate.
