Item's picture and item's description on MedMart is incorrect. I received different product which I could have gotten at Amazon at 50% of the cost I paid to MedMart.

order seem to go fine. asked for install service. it was delivered to installer Wed. I have no info to contact install person and they have not contacted me

When we found out that this company does no business with health insurers we found that to be a serious knock on the company. Since this company deals with medical devices but does not work with any health insurance companies, I would recommend anyone needing medical devices to work with companies that have relationships with health insurers such as Medicaid/medicare and the military health insurer Tricare. We tried to return the unopened box, but Med mart said that we have to pay for shipping, which I was ready to do, but also pay $725 or 25% of the total cost to put it back in their warehouse. The item purchase was a Hoya lift for our severely handicapped son. I probably should have investigated the company more thoroughly before making the purchase. Buyer beware.

My resident in assisted living bought a electric wheelchair from them and paid the extra cost for the tech to come upon delivery and set it up and help him out. The appt was scheduled but the tech never showed. Day of delivery my resident made multiple calls to Med Mart and was told they would call back and no other information. The next day same thing, my resident was given the run around again and was told "he"had to wait for them to call "him" and then to have a tech scheduled to come out, I jumped in on my residents call with customer service and talked to the rep, I was heated, as this is my residents "legs" and independence and to have my resident get the run around, when its their lack of communication is ridiculous. After I again repeated the loss of legs and independence for my resident she stated "ma'am that is not true" and hung up on me. TERRIBLE customer service. On the website it says the person receiving the scooter scheduled the time/date and it's done at that time, not wait an indefinite amount of time for a callback and an even longer unknown on getting a tech back. They refused to refund the premium setup fee. Thankfully we were able to get the chair put together and my residents independence restored. I'm incredibly disappointed by this experience and will deter all of my residents current and future from purchasing from this company. Do better MedMart

Shipment of bed was delayed a full week after I was told it was shipped.

I can’t get status of my order that should have shipped on may 14. No response from my phone call and no update from my emails. Terrible customer service.

The size fits but it totally slips once you put it on the lift. I am 5'5 and 140 lb. I am in a scooter 24/7 with weight bearing abilities on my legs. I tried attaching it under my butt, around my butt, and around my waist. This material is not good for harness activity. Does not hold!
