Easy to work with I was going to order online but the call in service made it effortless.

We got the extension for the taller person, and he can sit in the chair very comfortably. We bought the lift chair because of recent open heart surgery, but the chair sits high enough for him that he can stand up without any difficulty.

The rep was very courteous and straight forward. Purchased a lift and warranty. I had received an email for 12% off but code was not working… he was able to get 10% off. Something was better than nothing.

The rep was very helpful and helped me set-up a Business account, as my agency serves frail and elderly seniors who need power seat lift chairs.
