The patient lift purchased is just great - very substantial and I feel safe when I'm in it. I do have a comment to make about the FedEx delivery man, however. I realize that delivery was only to the door - not inside. He refused to bring it up the ramp that leads to the door and instead left it in the driveway. You don't have much control over delivery personnel, but you should be made aware of the negative impression that was made by someone outside of your company.
