Outstanding customer service! I felt like Stacy cared about me as a person and a customer. She was friendly, professional, patient and kind. This lift chair was a big purchase and it was scary doing it over the internet. Stacy gave the personal service you might get in a store but was actually better than a store rep. She knows the products and understands how to fit them with customer needs. She made the whole process easy and fun. I am so glad I called Med Mart to buy my mom’s chair!
