Medmart sent my order directly to the manufacturer , the manufacturer sent wrong item . The associates at Medmart stayed on top getting it corrected and manufacturer accepted they were at fault for everything and offered to send me an upgrade replacement at no extra cost from me . Medmart Laura was very helpful and courteous kept on top of everything and let me talk directly with manufacturer about everything . THANK YOU LAURA AND MEDMART , I PERSONALLY GIVE THEM 5 STARS

Darell was the salesman I talked with and he was so very helpful he assured me I would receive my order in a couple of days and I did, going on vacation at the end of the week I was very grateful I received the folding hoyer just like he said. I do my shopping at Med Mart thanks Darell !
