I have been in a rehab facility for 4 months and am very anxious to get home. I was first told the sit to stand machine I purchased would be delivered on Wednesday so my d/c was set for Wednesday with all the outside agencies who will be coming into my home. Then I got a message that the machine would be delivered Thursday, so everything had to be changed and then I got a message that it won’t be delivered until late on Thursday. I sure hope it comes cause I’m going home tomorrow at 4pm It would have helped it delivery instructions were more accurate as there were a lot of moving pieces to my discharge.

Everything about the order was good accept I had no picture of the fabric I chose. Wish that would have been able to view before such a large purchase.

The person we were on chat with did a very good job. She had the information we needed.

Overall experience was good. Very hard though to go back and forth into shopping and cart as I tried look at adding some items to the order.

Website can be confusing when ordering. Was going to charge me for 2 scooters. I ordered only 1. I had to edit the order

Ordering took too long for confirmation...my first try to order did not go through...live chat suggested I reorder...I did reorder with same info and after a lengthy wait it went through. Loading info took too long...otherwise I would give 5 stars.

The equipment was as stated, and it came quickly. However, the chat salesperson was misinformed about the degree of assembly required. It required more assembly than we could do on our own. Otherwise, the equipment is good and the delivery was faster than I believed possible.
