My wife and I set up the chair set up the ourselves. We did it by the book . We had questions regarding the transformer batteries. We installed them then turned the page and were instructed to install 2 more batteries into a battery box located on the frame of the chair.We could not find this box, so we called you for instructions and got a recording which told us to punch a number on phone and they wold return our call. The recorder repeated our number back to us..That was 3 days ago and still no response. We went on ahead and plugged it in.Seems to work OK. I'm a little disappointed with your service., Frank Takacs

Process was cumbersome and not very user friendly. Two delivery ended up 10+ days and two phone followup calls.

It took over a week and several calls just to get a tracking number that worked. It took over 10 days to get the ramp I ordered. The truck driver was very helpful and put the shipment in our garage for us, Everyone I talked to at Med Mart were friendly and tried to help me. The price was good compared to other websites.

It took too long to get our sling. I also had to call twice to push the order.

Ordered a raised toilet seat from MedMart, which was to come from Drive Medical. Got e-mails from MedMart, but nothing happened until I contacted them about a week later to find out Drive had it on back-order. MedMart did then get it delivered quickly from one of their US sites.

had a problem with the install. their installer decided i needed a handicap sidewalk and estimated the job of installing the pool lift at $5,000 when i had already paid them the install fee of $2,300;. ended up getting my own installer to do the exact job outlined in the install instructions for 1,200. still waiting for my $2,300 install refund.

You need to pick better shipping company

There was a problem with my shipment and it was returned to the factory. That is not Med Mart's fault. However, their shipper (HDS) had no website and was hard to work with. Med Mart knew what was happening but did not bother to send me an email to explain the delay. I wasted a lot of time on the phone trying to track down my shipment.
