The price was right, but the part was actually a bit shorter than the one we replaced. Thankfully Our maintenance guy was able to replace the new foot-piece we needed on the old rod. Weeks went buy with no shipping notice. Called to find it had already been delivered. Then I magically received the tracking info email an hour later. Price was the lowest around but not sure I would use again.

I harness that was suppose to shipped with the lift was not, and now I get a phone call stating that it's out of stock? Seriously and yet to receive it

Ordered a 'universal' replacement seat for my father's scooter, and it didn't fit. My mistake, as his scooter was old and looking a the photos it looked like it would fit. I was in a hurry and ordered it over the weekend when customer service was unavailable. Didn't fit, and was disappointed that the have a no returns/no refund policy. I won't use them again.

I received my order piece by piece. I ordered two of the storage pockets for my scooter but only received one of them. I contacted the number listed and I am still waiting for the lady to call me back at her "earliest convenience". I like the items but shipping and service need improvement.

The actual ordering was painless. Delivery schedule on the hand, is less than desired. I ordered the scooter in the afternoon on 7/14. The scooter will not be delivered until sometime on 7/28. It's not like I don't need it.

My review is about my ordering and payment. I ordered a lift that said it was "in stock". Then it said out of stock when I ordered it. Order placed on 4/24/17 order charged to my card on the same date. Order was not delivered until 6/29/17. Two months later. I chatted on line with Margaret about charging my card before you could complete my order. Margaret informed me Med Mart would never place an order for a lift unless it was first paid for. Does this mean the lift was never in stock even tho your website said it was to begin with? I've not had other companies charge until the item ships.

I'd like to give an opinion on the product but we still haven't received the product yet. The ship in 1-2 days claim only meant for the free backpack attachment not the actual product we ordered. It's been 11 days. The shipping company says it should be delivered by July 6. So, so far am very disappointed with the service. Please by up front when ordering that the item will take 3 weeks to get.
