Dear Med mart I finally read your reply over 30 days in between Mike original complaint. You are such a bunch of liars. You have a Danielle on staff. He’s ahead of your customer service department. Secondly not did you get the invoice number but you look my name up in the system and saw the amount of equipment that I bought from you a Scooter a transport lift that’s OK say what you have to say so you could suck her other people in with disabilities, I can just assure you I have bought more equipment from other places at a great savings and there’s no issues because they don’t sell lemons

We do have a Daniel on staff, I truly misread/understood the name as the female name, Danielle in the original complaint. In order to eliminate the back and forth on this platform, I do need further information. Was misquoted for batteries for my Jazzy electric chair. The quote was for 1 battery my chair takes 2. I would think your people would know that. No worries, ill find them somewhere else and you can rest assured ill not be a return customer.

It took you five days before you even shipped my item and when I inquired about it, you just said OK thanks for letting us know. I could’ve ordered anywhere else and already received my item I needed. This item had known this is how you handle shipments I would’ve ordered elsewhere I will order elsewhere in the future.

My husband bought my mother in law a lift chair for well over 2500 dollars. We received faulty chairs each time and now we cannot get a refund. The chair is too hard for her to even sit in for more than a few minutes and the head rest/top of chair is non existent and no one in the office is willing to work with us to solve this issue. Bad business Med mart. We are out of 2600 dollars and stuck with a faulty chair.

The item came in at best used condition. It has horribly scratched paint in 4 places, and the tape on the wheels is partially torn off. It looks used not New! It's for my terminal mother and we can't even use it!
