Initial service was Great. Very helpful with my order! Be careful of what items you order. Their return policy is broad and vague and most items can't be returned even if unopened. They lack to properly state items as non returnable in the return policy section of the item itself and more importantly in the description of the item they are selling. Be careful not to get suckered into an item that u cannot return due to vague return policy page.

I'm really disappointed. It's been 19 days since I ordered my new Medical Bed and mattress I am Still waiting for my new medical bed and mattress, you would think that because these are medical items that the company would offer option choices on how fast you could receive the medical items that you need faster because people like myself really need these Medical Bed's because for myself. I'm completely bedridden disabled paralyzed in a Medical Bed 24 hours a day from a stroke and I'm here suffering in pain in this cheap $850 bed that Kaiser provided that's a piece of junk. I'm really disappointed on how long it's taking to receive my new bed and mattress. The only thing I can say that's positive is My representative Darrell Flunker was very professional, informative and very helpful and made everything easy for me to order myself a new Medical Bed that is of high-quality, he was very patient and thorough with all of my needs.I highly recommend representative Darrell Flunker. This is the only reason why I gave Darrell Flunker and the company five stars because he was very helpful, nice and professional.

Ordering online was pretty easy, I was disappointed that I didn't receive notice of my product being shipped, when it arrived a few days before I thought it was scheduled to, the boxes were left in a pile at the bottom of my mom's driveway in the rain. The shipping paperwork was mangled. Fortunately, it was found before it all got soaked and nothing was damaged

I like the savaria monarch portable lift I love having the buttons on both sides of the lift so I can be on one side or the other side of the lift but I wish it didn’t take so long for the lift to be sent out to me I ordered it on November 7th and finally got it on November 28

Overall a fair company. But beware that you order knowing return are going to cost you a hefty amount. We turned out keeping the product shipped because refund was less than half what we paid after restock and shipping. Free returns is more competitive. We need a scooter but will not be using this company .

Have not used the commode yet. Purchased for an upcoming bathroom remodel which will happen in November.

When I ordered the Journey sit to stand lift I forgot to select the sling size. A customer representative called right away and got the sling size which I was very grateful for. I received the lift today and received no sling. I called and explained and the customer service representative said it did not come with one and then she noticed a note that said it would have one. She said she would email me with details when she found out. I did not receive an email from her explaining but I did receive an email that I ordered a sling today. I understand mix ups, Im just disappointed because we desperately needed the lift use and now have to wait three more days for a sling.
