Scott Jones at Medmart went out of his way to find and customize a wheelchair. It was a rather complicated customization and other companies seemed unable to find the answers to my questions or returned answers days later in vague emails. Scott spoke with me directly over the phone many times, returning my calls promptly with the info I needed. His expertise and willingness to stick with it guided me through multiple specification choices to the right chair. Thank you Scott and Medmart!
