Pricing was good. Shipping time seemed somewhat misleading: Much earlier ship/delivery time shown on search page(Google Shopping). Ship date is now an unknown. Most people buy for the combination of price and availability. Your initial misrepresentation and continued vagueness regarding the shipping/delivery dates calls into question your business practices. I rated you as high as did because of your pricing, but overall Im very disappointed.

Scott Jones explained the features of the bed we purchased so that we could determine what was important to us. He also explained the process from order entry to delivery. It is reassuring to have this information. So far I am very pleased with this purchase experience with Med Mart.

Everything about this equipment meets expectations, except for the fact that assurances from Chat Advisor that only a basket needed to be attached. In FACT, there were several pages of instructions in the booklet and multiple pieces to be attached, bolted, and screwed. Med Mart has great products; its advisory group needs some refinement!

I’m paying full price! Sales person didn’t offer me a 5% discount that was available?!?!!!! I’m loosing $135.00 on a $2,700 purchase.

Great description of the dual function rollator and wheelchair and it is foldable.

The only problem I had was at "Check out". I wanted to add warranties' to a couple of the items. After trying different ways, I gave up. The only way I could make the changes, I had to cancel the items from the "Shopping Cart", then reorder the item again, only this time with the warranty. I would have given a 5-Star. There should have been some instructions on "how to" on making changes in the "Shipping Cart".

Salesman was great, took time to listen to my concerns & needs while buying a recliner. The delivery by freight company fell short.
