The service as far as ordering the chair and the chair it's else are fine but the delivery service is severely lacking. Ordered home delivery and setup and after waiting for five days to get it delivery get a call from the delivery service that they cannot deliver the chair because of the driver, Get that call after they were supposed to deliver the chair, had to drive over a hour and half to get the chair and setup the chair myself after driving another hour and half to get home. I was never given a sorry or any kind of remorse for their poor service.

The chair is tooo small., not as soft as my wife would prefer. I am in the process of a return or exchange, I want to see how long or what the process is for that.

I am disappointed in my chairs. I have one style of bottom on my chair it was easy to adjust the height and my husbands chair you need special tools to adjust it higher. I ordered them at the same time but they have different instructions on how to adjust the height. The only other thing I would do different is to order heat and massage. I think you should include the wrench that you have to use.

ordering was easy. had notice bed was being delivered aceept it went to set up man. that was a week ago. do not know of delivery time for use. spent alot of money to get no updates!!!!!

The day we received our sling, we found out that we no longer needed it. We found out that slings were not returnable ( even though we had not opened the package). Also, there is a rather large restocking fee.
