That was having a problem with my email my phone was messed up so I couldn't print a receipt. Show after a couple days I called them and asked them to mail me a hard copy. A week later I still didn't get it. I called again for them to you send it to me and I still haven't received it. I just got the chair today with only a couple hours notice by email people who use this chair or disabled that's a default. We need to line people up to help us with this thing it's heavy and they gave us almost no notice. And I still haven't received the receipt of any kind the only thing I have is the signed shipping slip from Pitt Ohio shipping. I was also told a number of times when I spoke to people on the phone that the back of the chair comes off just like a regular recliner like my regular Lazy Boy does. It does not. My chair is too big to get through my front door had to take parts off the bottom to get it in and call us Stranger in to help us who is walking down the street. I have a heavy duty chair so I know it was bigger to begin with I knew tha but I was told that the back came off and it doesn't. They said it came off just like a regular recliner you slip the back into the channels. You can't access the back like a normal chair ,fabric is sewn over so there's no way to access the channel if they're even there.You can't tell from the back if there are any channels on the back at all. From what I can see you can't take the back off it doesn't lift off the way it is I could not see any channels all I could see was the hands that was bolted or screwed to both sides of the back the chair is big and if you have a 3 foot door it won't fit that's out of the box. We had to take off two of the plastic feet on the back and barely got in it. But the most thing that pisses me off is that they told me the Batcave off just like a regular recliner because it was too heavy to move otherwise. It's not only too heavy to move the way it is it's also too God damn big. Good luck trying to move into a small room with it smaller than average door you'll need room when the left and right sides so you can turn the back I had to lay down the side and turn the back one way and scoop one in and then and then the other and back and forth. We're both disabled and had a nightmare with it had to take off the spring for the screen door, luckily and I was walking down the street and we asked him for help otherwise it'll never gotten in. We were trying to save money and not pay the extra $250 or whatever it is for White Glove shipping if you have any problems with access to your home door with or anything like that you might want to budget for it like I said again I got the heavy-duty chair and it's a little wider than most. The chair is still sitting in the dining room we were both too worn out to do anything after that so I haven't even tried it yet to tell you if I like the chair or not. Because they gave me no notice when it was coming. Well they did say it would be the third week of May and it came today May 8th almost two weeks earlier than they said I had no way to line up people to help us with it. They could have delayed the shipment for another day or 2 but that wouldn't have helped either, so we took it. We had planned on putting the chair upstairs in the bedroom but that might not be possible now if we can't figure out a way to get the back off because the door upstairs is 4 inches narrower than the front door. And there are no instructions with the chair whatsoever nothing came with no paperwork except some kind of fabric saying the usual little tags furniture stores which is really stupid especially with the mechanics and electric and remote and all that kind of stuff. Very disappointed with golden Tech and medmart. It would probably be the same thing with anybody else you buy it from because they're all the same they all charge pretty much the same price they all come from the same Factory. Maybe a medical supply place would be better I don't know but I do know they cost 3 $400 more for the same chair regardless of which kind you get.

I ordered new batteries for my mini rider last Saturday. And I still haven’t got a confirmation on when they will be shipped. My old batteries don’t hold a charge long and I need new ones .

I ordered the item and was given multiple ship dates that did not come to fruition by customer service.

MedMart should have told me ahead of time that the company that set up the lift, which by the way, it’s not complicated, would not send someone to show me how to apply the strap on the patient. Instead, for $200, I got a tech that didn’t know how to apply it and all he showed me was to turn the machine on and off and where to plug the charger. I am not a happy customer.

Ordered a knee roller for my daughter, told salesperson that I needed it asap! It took over a week to receive it, so she was miserable on crutches until it finally came... :/

Don't count on the 1 -2 day shipping service as advertised on their website. I contacted customer service one week after placing my order (and yes they were sure to charge my credit card the day of the order) and was told someone would get back to me that morning. I finally called them back that evening since I had not received a response and was told it had just shipped out today BUT it would still be an additional 6 days before I received it. So if you want to receive your product in 1 - 2 Days rather than 1- 2 WEEKS I don't recommend dealing with Med Mart. There were many other vendors for this product, I just chose the wrong one based on their deceptive "1-2 day shipping" advertisement.

The item I ordered did not work with my cane. I am trying to return it. They keep telling I need a number to do that, But I am still waiting to hear from them with that number.
