We have not gotten the part we paid for and can’t determine where it is or when it will be delivered because we have had no communication from Medmart. We already paid for the part and $65 shipping a week ago and have heard nothing since then. Medmart couldn’t even explain what shipping company would be used or when it would arrive. For $65 shipping it should have been here next day.

I am thoroughly disgusted with my entire experience with MedMart. Its despicable how they have treated a 92 year old Vietnam veteran. I was promised delivery of a life necessary medical equipment piece by the time my dad got out of the hospital next week. The moment payment was taken, the delivery storyline dramatically changed and they did not keep any of the promises to me. They got the $3500.00 and suddenly the promised delivery timeline changed. What went from promising an overnight delivery (costing me an extra $850!!!) to "we don't know when it will arrive and it could be five business days starting next week"...no one could confirm when. A promised first thing in the morning call from customer service to set up delivery never happened. Then when the call came in the afternoon, I was told someone else got the equipment first... so tough luck. Maybe if they would have called when they promised, as they were taking my credit card payment, I could have been the one to receive the equipment I paid for. There are too many broken promises to list...I have stopped at five for the sake of this review. PS Rather than the invoice being emailed to me "immediately" as promised (broken promise number 6) all I received was this "rate your experience" from the company.

“No Hassle Returns We want you to be 100% satisfied with every purchase you make at Med Mart. We will gladly accept eligible returns.” Do not believe what they put on their website. Return has condition with their decision. Hassle and no return is normal for them.

Cancelling an order? No such thing. Use a reputable company that provides customer service. Steer clear of Med Mart.

Very pleasant to work with when you first talk to them. But they are lying through their teeth! Ordered a $2500 scooter which they said was in stock but only if I ordered silver instead of the red I really preferred. Ordered the silver and a week later it still hasn’t shipped. I called customer service and found out that it didn’t ship so I said cancel the sale. They told me I couldn’t. Said the original Sales Representative would call me back that day. Four days later no call and still no scooter!

I had a legitimate warranty claim for a LiteRider Envy Wheelchair. I had to pay $185.00 to have a technician come out and diagnose the problem. They ordered the parts needed under warranty BUT wanted to charge another $185 to have the tech return to install the warranty parts.

I purchased an electric wheel chair and lift for the wheel chair for my husband who had stage 4 cancer. He was in the hospital the whole month of June and July when he passed away on July 14th. Now I have 2 expensive items I was never able to use for him. This company will not consider a refund or a return. They instead told me I could donate these items. How dare they say this when these are expensive items I cannot afford to donate. Do NOT purchase from this company.

So so corrupt. Refused to provide a bid. Condescending. Supervisor refused to address issue and disconnected the call. There are better out there. They will only work with select vendors despite their website. This is a company who will only sells to those preferred clients. Don’t believe me??? Kick backs and over charging. I would have hated to see what service they would provide with their inferior products. Update. I receive an answer from Julie. It was an unhinged rant where she consistently cut me off and would not let me finish a thought. She doubled down and supported this service stating she would protect her other vendors and was not concerned if they were marking their product up to an extreme level. She wants us to know she values those relationships over us being over charged and the price gouging. This is a non profit school which we are only attempting to get price quotes for. There are not many times when a company shows their true colors…I thank you for doing so Julie. They must be family owned or she must know where the bodies are buried. Because she didn’t seem concerned regarding the owners knowledge of our interaction. Must be nice to have so much business that you can be rude to the little guy. New update: the complained about my original review and wanted me to take down the salespersons name. Such a shady company that doesn’t want their name associated with their terrible and rude customer service. Not a partnership I’d ever rely on.
