Med MartReviews of medmartonline.com

Responded to my emails quickly with the information I asked for. Very pleasant to work with.

I ordered over the weekend but was able to use my promo code and get the discount. Waited til Monday to get information on delivery.

Personable , knowledgeable patient and friendly customer service rep Lynette who was able to answer my questions, make suggestions and listen to my rambling.

So far everything has gone extremely well, but until the chair is shipped and arrived ----hard to give any complete review. I will say Lynette the sales person was outstanding, though her direct line she said she was sending never arrived but if the share is what she said it was and it looks great and God willing this chair works like ortho chairs are supposed to, the faster it gets here the better. But the purchase process was extremely easy and the salesperson both were smooth and easy to get through the process.

Darrell at Med mart was very professional, he made sure my order was taken care of.

Very helpful and knowledgeable,fast shipping

After trying several times to get my order to go through, this morning it went through without a problem. My bank had put a temporary hold on my card due to it being a large purchase, once the hold was released I was able to complete my order and even got a 10% discount for being a new customer!

Rep was quite helpful
